From the purchase amount we will deduct the shipping cost (4 €) and any cash on delivery (2 €) and the cost of the parts that were returned to us in bad condition or in a different from their original packaging.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In order to return defective products to us, according to the terms of the limited liability guarantee, you must:

• If you are required to send the product to us for replacement, then you must follow the non-defective product return instructions required to replace the non-defective product.
• After we receive the product (s) and check it we will inform you if it is going to be replaced or we will refund the amount of your purchase. From the purchase amount we will deduct the shipping cost (4 €) and any cash on delivery cost (2 €).
